TESA 4378 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EasyCover^® Auto is a convenient 3-in-1 solution for masking large areas for auto body repair. The system includes:
1. TESA masking tape^® 4309
2. Masking paper edge
3. HDPE masking film
The main plus point is the combination of the advantages of the individual components.
(a) TESA^® 4309 is an extremely stretchy and flexible paper masking tape with fine crepe. It is suitable for water- and solvent-based paints and can be used for paint spraying with subsequent oven or IR drying up to a temperature of 120°C.
b) The additional paper edge ensures perfect paint absorption in the most critical areas close to the repair.
c) The HDPE film serves as protection against spray particles. It is specially treated to improve paint adhesion. Thanks to its static properties, the film sticks to the bodywork.
